Each 18m x 30m auditorium room features maple hardwood floors and 8.5-metre ceilings. Auditorium rooms may be combined to create nearly 1700 square metres of space.
Floor-to-ceiling windows lining the pre/post-function areas provide natural lighting and views of Canada Games Plaza.
- 2:00pm access one day prior to day of event for personal items and décor (Auditoriums -101/102/103 only).
- Tables and chairs.

- Guest book table (silver top small round).
- Silver top 2-metre cake table.
- Skirted 2.5-metre DJ table with white linen, chair and power access.
- Podium with a wired microphone.
- 2.5m x 7m riser for head table.
- Black or white table linens with napkins (provided by food and beverage department).
- Glass cylinder centre-pieces and 2 votive candles per table.
- Other décor (fig trees, lamps and wooden benches).
- Bridal room to get ready (based on availability and available until 8:00pm).
