Three 18m x 30m auditorium rooms can be combined by retractable walls.
Each of the auditorium has hardwood maple flooring and 8.5m ceilings.

Six of the rooms feature retractable walls that open to seat groups of five to 120 people.
Each room opens to the upper pre-function area where food and beverage stations are located.

Return all trolleys and flat deck carts to the lower pre-function area.
Flatten and dispose of cardboard in the recycling bin located at the loading dock.
All shipments must arrive on the move-in day and be returned on the last day of the event.
The PGCCC will not accept advance shipments.
No outside food allowed. The PGCCC provides all food and beverage service. Sampling requests must be approved in advance by the PGCCC and meet Health Inspection Branch of BC requirements. For more information, contact the Food and Beverage Department at 250-614-7850.
No smoking allowed within the PGCCC or within three metres of its entrances.
Banners and decorations permitted at some locations within the event space. No tacks, staples, nails, etc. allowed.
Decorations must be treated with flame proofing before installation and must meet BC Fire Code requirements. Open-flame candles not allowed. Please contact the Administration Office for more information at 250-561-7723.
Exhibitors using electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or flame-producing elements and displays requiring flammable fuel must have a ABC dry chemical extinguisher at all times (two kilograms/five pounds minimum).
