Rooms reserved for meal functions where the meal is $19.00 or more per person
(excluding service charges and taxes) are eligible for the Catered Events Rate.

Event listing on the PGCCC's Omnivex display and signs outside of meeting space.

Projection screen, white board, markers, and brush (upstairs meeting rooms only).

Three (3) - 16”/24” x 4'x8' staging units (auditorium bookings only).
Booking Changes
Changes to the seating style within a session will incur a room change labour charge.
Changes made to the pre-set room less than 24 hours prior to the event will incur a labour charge.
Guidelines
Licence agreements must be signed with all conditions met and payment received in order to gain access to the Prince George Conference and Civic Centre.
The Annual User Application is for all events that are re-occurring on an annual or bi-annual basis and that require a consistent date.
In order to become an annual user, clients must complete the application below and submit by October 13th, 2023. Once selected, the client must sign a three-year contract and pay a deposit for each year to secure their event.
The Prince George Conference and Civic Centre accepts payment in:
Cash
Cheque made payable to the City of Prince George
Credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
Debit card
Access to the facility will be denied if the licensee neglects to sign the contract agreement or pay the full rental charges.
Interest on outstanding invoices will be charged at 1.5% net 30 days, compounded monthly (18% per annum).
All room rental deposit(s) required prior to the first reserved date will be outlined in the attached Schedule A of the license agreement (see Payment Schedule).
A portion of the room rental may be refundable if a cancellation is received within the required time (prior to the first reserved date). Ask the Conference and Civic Centre event co-ordinator for more information.
First Aid and/or security requirements will be co-ordinated by the Prince George Conference and Civic Centre and charged to the user.
A damage deposit not greater than $1,500.00 may be applied prior to any event for anticipated additional cleaning and/or maintenance requirements.
All events with advance ticket sales will be required to use box office services provided by the current contracted provider.
All shipments must arrive on the appropriate move-in day and be returned immediately following an event. Early shipments will not be accepted.
User groups are required to hold liability insurance of $5,000,000.00 with the City of Prince George as an additional named insured on the policy. Private meetings and functions do not need to provide insurance.
