Planning Checklist
Planning events can range from how many people fit in a space to how to exit the facility in case of an emergency. Here are some key components to planning a successful event.
In the case of an emergency at the Prince George Conference and Civic Centre (PGCCC) staff have been trained to provide direction to everyone in the building in response to the emergency at hand. A designated staff person will provide direction over the intercom giving all patrons directions.
Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the PGCCC muster point and exits prior to hosting your event at the facility.
Muster Point
The muster point or designate assembly area for the PGCCC is in the Canada Games Plaza at the corner of the washroom entrance. A red Muster Point sign has been erected at the corner of the building by the washroom entrance.
